Join me for a transformational afternoon of

Don't believe everything you think.

Are you constantly comparing yourself to your peers or to girls you see in the media? Do you feel that you should be smarter, thinner, funnier, (insert any other adjective here) or somehow different than you are? Isn't it exhausting?! Wouldn't it be nice to feel comfortable in your own skin? It's totally possible and meditation is the doorway into this profound peace and confidence.

Get out of your head!

It's hard to have fun when you're worried about doing it right or looking cool, isn't it? So often our desire to fit in and be liked conflicts with our desire to be authentic and true. And let's face it, all of us want to be liked to some extent. But what if you knew how to tune in to your own guidance system and make choices that honored YOU above all else? The dance will teach you how.

Write your own story.

Do you often feel like your life is happening to you and you have no control? Are your emotions overwhelming and difficult to process? Do you blame others for how you feel or experience jealousy towards people who seem to have more than you? What would it be like for you to be empowered and in control? How would you like to own your power and write the story of your life?

Ashlie’s workshop is very eye-opening. I walked in a little anxious about meeting other teens, but right as we started, I felt comfort from Ashlie’s presence. She does a great job of connecting her lessons to our everyday life. It’s a fun way to take notice of your emotions and self-awareness. I would definetly recommend this workshop to any teen looking to change their experience of life.
