In this afternoon workshop I will teach you powerful practices for shifting your focus and realigning with the Source energy within you. When you are in alignment you are open and ready to receive, you move through life with confidence and ease and life feels strangely magical.
Own your power!
Turn down the volume on your noisy thoughts so that you can experience peace and clarity. Meditation is a practice in observation and anyone can do it. Most people quit too soon because they are confused about how it works. They think they should be able to sit down and simply turn off their thoughts and they become incredibly frustrated when their mind is racing in a dozen different directions and refuses to cooperate. I understand, I've been there! I am going to demystify the process for you. I'll provide you with everything you need to know to immediately implement this transformative practice into your daily life where you will begin to reap the rewards of a calm mind and greater awareness.
Get out of your head and tap into the wisdom of your body. The body knows what the mind is busy trying to figure out. Do you want to know which direction to go in life? Consult your body and let it's infinite wisdom show you the way. The dance invites you powerfully into the moment and into your body where you'll begin to recognize the intuition and desires that are there to guide you. You'll trade looking cool and doing it right for authenticity and freedom. There are no moves to learn and there is no wrong way to do it. All you need is an open heart.
The results you have are a direct reflection of the thoughts you are thinking and the beliefs you hold to be true. What if you could harness your creative power in any given moment and completely alter your experience of life? Well, you can and I will show you how. Your ability to focus your attention is one of your superpowers and it's the key to living a created life. I'll teach you a step-by-step process for moving energy and shifting the focus of the mind that will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and ready for action.
As a Wildhearted Coach, I will lead you in an afternoon of Meditation, Dance and Exploration.
1. The first step to Opening your Wildheart, is setting up a coaching call. Once payment is received I will email you a link to my calendar to set up the first of two coaching calls. The first call will take place prior to the workshop.
2. Our first call is an Intention Setting conversation. Set aside 90 minutes for this one.
3. On September 16th we have a transformative afternoon of Meditation, Dance and Exploration.
4. The second coaching call is the implementation call to support you moving forward based on all you have learned about opening your wildheart and will take place after the workshop is complete.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothes for dancing and carry an extra layer in case you get cold. Bring a journal, a pen, water and your limitless wild heart.
