Hello, Woman On The Move

You're a powerful, make-it-happen kind of woman and your life is full. You have a busy schedule, people that count on you and commitments to fulfill. It's not uncommon for your personal needs to take a backseat to your to-do list or the demands of your family. You know what it's like to hurry from one appointment to the next and slide into bed at the end of the day feeling like you still didn't get enough done.

I get it, you're not alone.

Sometimes it seems that life is racing by us and there's just no time to tune in to what truly matters. But it doesn't have to be that way. Life, even a busy one, can be infused with peace and joy.

Imagine moving through the activities of your day with grace and ease. What if the next actions to take were clear and felt easy? What if peace and satisfaction was your normal experience of life?

I know it's possible to shift your experience of life because I've done it.

I used to run around from one thing to the next, always feeling behind and in a hurry. I worried about getting enough done and no matter how much I did, felt I should or could be doing more. Although my life was pretty good and I had a lot to be grateful for, it always felt like something vital was missing and I was unsatisfied.

I wanted more.

I see so many woman going through the motions but missing out on the joys of their life. They're busy doing all the things they should be doing while the things that truly matter to them go unnoticed or ignored. They think there will be time for that later. But this is it, this is your life and it's happening NOW.

What do you want?

In this afternoon workshop I will guide you through powerful practices to help you reconnect with your heart and what is really important to you. When you are connected to your wildheart, you are open and ready to receive, you move through life with confidence and ease and things feels strangely magical.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothes for dancing and carry an extra layer in case you get cold. Bring a journal, a pen, water and your limitless wild heart.

My normal urge to gogogogo and anxiety was gone and I felt like I could see clearly what was important and not important in my life. I was able to finish a project that seemed to never be complete. It was simple. I just did what had to be done without overplanning or overanalyzing.

MEDITATION

Turn down the volume on your noisy thoughts so that you can experience peace and clarity. Meditation is a practice in observation and anyone can do it. Most people quit too soon because they are confused about how it works. They think they should be able to sit down and simply turn off their thoughts and they become incredibly frustrated when their mind is racing in a dozen different directions and refuses to cooperate. I understand, I've been there! I am going to demystify the process for you. I'll provide you with everything you need to know to immediately implement this transformative practice into your daily life where you will begin to reap the rewards of a calm mind and greater awareness.

DANCE

Get out of your head and tap into the wisdom of your body. The body knows what the mind is busy trying to figure out. Do you want to know which direction to go in life? Consult your body and let it's infinite wisdom show you the way. The dance invites you powerfully into the moment and into your body where you'll begin to recognize the intuition and desires that are there to guide you. You'll trade looking cool and doing it right for authenticity and freedom. There are no moves to learn and there is no wrong way to do it. All you need is an open heart.

EXPLORATION

The results you have are a direct reflection of the thoughts you are thinking and the beliefs you hold to be true. What if you could harness your creative power in any given moment and completely alter your experience of life? Well, you can and I will show you how. Your ability to focus your attention is one of your superpowers and it's the key to living a created life. I'll teach you a step-by-step process for moving energy and shifting the focus of the mind that will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and ready for action.
