Of all the suffering we experience in life none is more debilitating and unnecessary than the suffering that results from our unexamined beliefs about how things should be. An idea that our life situation should be different, the people around us should be different and perhaps the most unsettling of all, that we should be different.

To cultivate a wild heart is to break free from the prison of shoulds and to not only accept and love yourself but to celebrate yourself and the unique gifts you bring to the world. Only when we are free can we truly create our lives.

You are a brilliant creator with the power to create your life.

Everything you could ever want is waiting for you.

You desire to live a life that feels authentic and true.

You have felt unworthy and afraid for too long. You are ready to be brave.

You want to feel at ease and comfortable in your skin.

You have a dream inside of you that is waiting to be born.

You are open hearted and willing to change.

There are two types of creators in the world: one type of creator works with objects - a poet, a painter, they work with objects, they create things; the other type of creator, the mystic, creates himself. He doesn’t work with objects, he works with the subject; he works on himself, his own being. And he is the real creator, the real poet because he makes himself into a masterpiece.

My approach is one of compassionate investigation. I operate from a basic belief that you are incredibly powerful and perfectly whole. My gifts are in my ability to provide a safe space, to listen beyond what is said and to ask questions that take you right to the heart of the matter. The courage to be honest with yourself and with me is key to your growth and the results you will produce. No one can do the work for you but you don't have to do it alone. I will walk beside you and lovingly reflect back to you the truth that has always been there wanting to be seen - you are powerful, beautiful and worthy beyond measure.

What is it that you want?

How would you feel if you had it?

What is getting in your way?

Are you willing to let that go?

What I learned through our time together is priceless. I love the way you make me laugh, play and dream of the future.

  • Pre-call questionnaire to help you define your intentions for our work together.
  • 60 minutes of coaching over the phone.
  • Personalized practices to empower you in implementing change.
  • Email support between conversations.

Book your session. Choose the package that feels best to you. If what you need is power listening and laser sharp insight on something particular then perhaps one session is perfect. If you'd like support in working through a project or time of transition then six sessions might be more fitting.

Schedule your call. Once you've book your session(s) you'll receive an email with the next steps to take and a link to my online calendar. Be sure to select a time when you can be present and engaged without distractions. The work will we do together is real and honest and sometimes confronting. Finding a quiet space where you can be alone and speak freely will best serve you.

Set intentions. Your welcome email will include step-by-step instructions on how to use intention setting to fulfill your deepest desires. Setting an intention for our work together will propel you forward in incredibly powerful ways. Send your intentions + the answers to the questionnaire provided in the email to me 48 hours prior to our call.

Show up + Be brave. All there is to do now is show up and be brave. Open your heart and let the truth pour out. Your truth. That's all you need to know. Allow yourself to be loved exactly where you are. Be willing to look, to see, to feel and most importantly to change. Prepare yourself to release things that no longer serve you and to give yourself permission to let your life be deliciously good.

Repeat. If our work together spans several sessions we'll start back at the top. Schedule your call, set your intentions and show up with all your heart. I will be available between sessions to support you via email. Send me your thoughts, ideas, insights, breakthroughs and we'll continue the expansion into new territory.

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back — concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:

that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.

Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.
